Helpful and very attentive staff, had quite comfortable stay!!!

the hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, not far from the city center as well as the train station. the location was favourable and absolutely perfect - short way from everywhere we wanted to go. easily reached la barrila, located within a close distance from the property, had lunch/dinner there.

I chose this hotel for attending a business forum at The Toledo Congress Centre-El Greco, which was conveniently located nearby. The hotel provided a comfortable stay with friendly staff and clean facilities. The proximity to the train station and easy access to the city center were additional advantages.

The only service I missed for my work was the availability of a business center or meeting room. It would have been helpful to have a dedicated space for meetings or working on presentations.

The rooms were all nicely decorated and clean with a shower. The hotel's location was particularly good and absolutely perfect close to city centrum👍

For dads, it would be great if there was a play area or a children's lounge at the hotel.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, like the broken and noisy double bed and the noise from the busy road, I would still recommend this hotel. it was a good value for money and provided a comfortable stay.

Got to love that free WiFi! And the helpful tour desk, where I found activities to avoid staying in my small, boring room. Amazing, right?

Oh, how I missed a security system. Who needs safety when you can have adventure in a sketchy neighbourhood?
